I attended PBSHS in 1964
while my father was stationed in Vietnam, and I graduated from Ft. Knox High
School in 1965. I thoroughly enjoyed PBSHS, and I made many friends. Over
the years, I lost contact with my PBSHS classmates and teammates, but I
often think of PBSHS and my classmates and teammates. In 1964, I played on
the varsity baseball team for Coach Swede Hatfield. Thank goodness I got a
copy of the 1964 Beanpicker yearbook when I left PBSHS!
After high school, I
attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, obtaining BS and Law
degrees in 1969 and 1975. I practiced law for 27 years, retiring in
2003. My wife, Mary Katherine (Kate) Daugherty, and I live in Frankfort,
Kentucky. Kate also has a law degree, and she is the development director
for a private elementary school here in Frankfort. We have been married for
15 years, and enjoy traveling, sports, reading and (Kate)......quilting.
Some time in the future, we plan to
visit Pompano Beach..............to see PBSHS, and all the changes to
Pompano Beach that have undoubtedly occurred over the years.
